What if my site or app has custom code or unique features?

That’s true for nearly all of our clients. During our onboarding process our technologists take the time to understand how your site or app works so that when maintenance and support issues arise, we can handle them.


How do you access my site or app securely?

We’ll ask you to either create an administrative user account and provide us those credentials, or provide us an appropriate existing set of credentials. We have a secure portal for safely communicating user IDs and passwords, and we also have robust internal security procedures to keep your information safe.


Is there a set-up fee?

Set-up is free. You only pay the monthly subscription.


Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?

Once you’ve completed the free trial period and are ready to sign-up for one of our subscription support and maintenance plans, we’ll ask you to provide credit card or ACH information through our secure payment portal.

Can I cancel my account if it’s not a good fit?

We’d hate to see you go, but we won’t stop you if you decide LOFT is no longer the right solution for you. Contract cancellations take effect at the end of the current term — monthly, for example, for our standard month-to-month agreements.


How long are your contracts?  

Our contracts are month-to-month, so they continue unless you decide to cancel. We also have discounted prices for customers who commit to one- or two-year agreements.


Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount for one-year contracts and a 20% discount for two-year contracts. You can switch from your monthly plan to a one- or two-year plan at any time.


Can I change my plan later on?

Sure. If you discover you need a different level of service or different add-ons, we’re happy to help.
